》Four major inspection：

1），Electrical performance testing room

Main instruments and equipment：Insulation resistance tester and withstand voltage tester.
Main test items：Insulation resistance value, withstand voltage performance of insulating materials, etc.

2），Powder material analysis room

Main instruments and equipment：Laser particle size analyzer, crystal phase microscope, film thickness tester, powder comprehensive characteristic tester, liquid / solid specific gravity balance, moisture tester and surface roughness tester.
Main test items：Particle size distribution, average particle size, specific surface area, tightening density, fluidity, grain size, surface roughness, thickness analysis of molybdenum manganese layer / nickel layer, moisture content, etc.

3），Helium mass spectrometry leak detection room

Main instruments and equipment：Helium mass spectrometer leak detector.
Main test items：Product air tightness test.

4），Mechanical property testing room

Main instruments and equipment：Insulation resistance tester and withstand voltage tester.
Main test items：Precision dimension, form and position tolerance measurement, tensile test, bending test, shear force test, etc.
