DESCRIPTION

Ceramic beads blasting media is produced by melting process at the temperature above 2000 °C from Zirconia sand, and is a spherical zirconia-based sand blasting media.

The true density of ceramic beads is 3.85 g/cm3, which filled the gap between the high density of steel shot (7.8 g/cm3) and the low density of glass bead (2.5 g/cm3) . It can reduce the Labor intensity of the employees and is an ideal new type substitute product for glass beads.

Ceramic beads blasting media mainly used for aluminium alloy metal blast cleaning including deburring, removing oxide layers on the castings and removing tempered color etc.
