Ceramic Beads blasting media B30 Size 0.425-0.600mm multi-times use easy to recycle
Ceramic beads is widely used as a sandblasting media and perform efficiently in dry or wet blasting systems
as well as in wheel turbine blasting equipment.
It’s Zirconia based material and with ZrO2 about 60-62%, SiO2 25-30%. The ZrO2 microstructure is very fine
and distributed on the SiO2 substrate in a tile shape, so it has good wear resistance and impact resistance.
It can be used for 70-90 times, and no dust, easy to recyle.

Ceramic beads is very easy to recycle, and the commonly used recycling equipment is a gas washing separator.
The used ceramic beads mixture enters the upper part of the air washing separator, and the air pressure is adjusted to form layers for recycling.
The intact and unbroken ceramic beads will not deviate and fall directly into the collection box.
The air generated by the dust collecting fan blows up the broken sand and dust, and the dust is discharged into the dust collector with the airflow.
The broken ceramic beads falls into the trash can due to the expansion of air.
In this way, the ceramic beads recycling is completed.
