DESCRIPTION OF CERAMIC BEADS

Ceramic beads blasting media also called ceramic beads, ceramic blasting, ceramic blasting media, is a kind of Zirconia ceramic blasting media, with ZrO2 60-66%, size from B20 to B505.

It's usually used as sandblasting ,media in sandblasting meachines, application covers blasting surface finish, deburring, blast cleaning, sandblasting pretreatment etc..

Widely applicable for metal meterials like alu, alu alloy, stainless steel. copper, etc. It can get different matt metal surface effect by choosing different sizes of ceramic beads.

APPLICATION

Ceramic beads is widely used for sandblasting finish on metal surface.

After Ceramic beads sandblasting, the Ra value of the surface roughness of the metal workpiece can be changed. It can produce matt or diffusely reflective workpiece surface to achieve the purpose of finishing. Sandblasting the surface of various workpieces makes the surface of the workpiece beautiful. Make the workpiece smooth and non-reflective. For some special-purpose workpieces, sandblasting can achieve different reflections or matts at will.
