DESCRIPTION

FEATURES
1. 95 Zirconium beads contain 94-95% zirconia. The zirconium content is high, wear-resisting, than major, good liquidity, good product roundness, smooth surface, wear resistance requirements for equipment is lower than the other grinding media.
2. TZP zirconia beads contain about 95% zirconium, containing about 4.8% yttrium, specific gravity is 1.6 times of ordinary zirconia beads, the same conditions have higher grinding efficiency.
3. It has impact resistance and low wear. TZP zirconia ceramic microbeads toughness is good, in the high speed, high concentration of the machine does not crack, peeling, wear only 1/2 zirconia silicate beads. Very low wear (ppm), can prevent material pollution.

APPLICATION
