Product Description:

Brown corundum is manufactured using high-quality bauxite, anthracite, and iron filings. It is smelted through arc processes at temperatures exceeding 2000°C, crushed, and plasticized using a self-grinding machine. The material is then magnetically treated to remove iron, sieved into various sizes, and exhibits a dense and hard texture with high sphericity. These characteristics make it suitable for the production of ceramics, abrasion-resistant resins, grinding and polishing applications, sandblasting, precision casting, and high-quality refractories.

The brown corundum abrasive is distinguished by its high purity, well-defined crystallization, good fluidity, low linear expansion coefficient, and resistance to corrosion. Numerous fireproof production companies have confirmed that this product does not explode, chalk, or crack during application, showcasing its significant improvement in cost-effectiveness compared to traditional brown corundum. This quality makes it an excellent aggregate and filler for fused alumina refractories.

Features:

High Efficiency

When subject to a certain pressure, brown corundum rapidly impacts the object surface with numerous sharp edges, making it an exceptionally efficient spray grinding method. The acceleration and velocity of particles in the air flow are influenced by inertance and particle size. Smaller particles accelerate more easily, generating higher impact forces on the object surface. Consequently, brown corundum achieves a cleaning rate typically twice as fast as traditional abrasives.
