Tabular Alumina Almatis
Introduction
Tabular alumina almatis is a purely sintered α-alumina material that is completely densified by rapid sintering at temperatures over 1900°C without the use of sintering AIDS.
The lamellar alumina has the characteristics of large and developed hexagonal lamellar α-alumina crystals. Its excellent thermal volume stability and thermal shock properties are attributed to its special microstructure: low open porosity and large crystals, which form closed spherical pores during recrystallization during rapid sintering.
Advantages
We have our own testing and quality control laboratory and a professional scientific and technological team for research and development
large production capacity, can adjust the production plan according to customer requirements, generally 2-3 weeks to complete
Cheap and fine
Provide you with perfect after-sales service
Application
Tabular alumina can be used as main component in alumina carbon fire brick, magnesia alumina carbon fire brick, magnesia spinel and alumina chrome refractory bricks, it also can be introduced into high alumina amorphous refractory materials such as rich alumina component. It can be widely used in iron and steel, casting, ceramics and other industries, even in iron and steel industry ,tabular alumina almost covers the whole process of ironmaking and steelmaking
