Sesame Candy Machine/Sesame Candy Production Line

Brief introduction:

SESAME CANDY MACHINE/SESAME CANDY PRODUCTION LINE can make all kinds of sugar line. It has all automatic continue produce technology, high production advanced technology. Coordinate with spray machine, it can produce all kinds of chocolate compound products.

The line mainly includes: syrup cooking,storage,continuous mixing,material double rolling,flatting,tunnel cooling,longitudinal cutting,bar separator,guillotine cutting.

The line can also coordinate with chocolate coating machine,which can produce all kinds of chocolate coated bars.

Processing:Cooking sugar → Mixing → Forming → Cooling → Longitudinal Cutting → Fanning → Transverse cutting →Enrobing → Cooling → Packing

Technical parameter:

1. Snack Cereal Bar Processing Line Capacity: 300-400kg/h

2. Voltage in China:

Three phases: 380V/50Hz, Single phase: 220V/50Hz, we can make it according to customers'local voltage according to different countries.

3. Machines Materials:

All the machines are made by stainless steel.

The machine can coat chocolate on one side of the product or both sides.


3 independent working zone. Hot blow, CIP coating mouth could be adjusted in any directions.

The chocolate volume used for coating is controllable. After the product surface going through the hot air rectifier, extra chocolate will go back to the mixing tank and realize recycle.
