Carbon Fiber-reinforced polymer (CFRP) composites have been used for structural strengthening in the China for almost 20 years. During this period, acceptance of CFRP composites as a mainstream construction material has grown, and so has the number of completed CFRP strengthening projects. As a result, the use of CFRP for strengthening and retrofit is gaining more popularity among design professionals over conventional strengthening techniques, such as installation of supplemental structural steel frames and elements.

Carbon Fiber-reinforced polymer (CFRP) systems are simply defined as high­strength and lightweight reinforcements created by combining carbon (CFRP) with a polymer material (epoxy resin). The performance characteristics of CFRP strengthening system have become increasingly popular in construction and retrofit applications, specifically in aging, damaged, deteriorating or overloaded concrete structures.

XQ-C300 is a high strength, unidirectional carbon fiber fabric. Material is field laminated using epoxy to form a carbon fiber reinforced polymer (CFRP) used to strengthen structural concrete elements.

Attention

1, carbon fabric cloth is conductive, please leave far away from electrical equipment and power supply, or take reliable protection
2, carbon cloth bent should be avoided in the process
3, the surface should be clean and dry;
4, temperature theoretically should be 5-40 ℃
5, Processing in rain and outdoor is prohibited
6, If relative humidity is greater than 85% or condensation on the concrete surface, Processing is not allowed;
7, Matched resin shall be stored sealed and away from fire and direct sunlight.
8, The place of the formulation and use of resins should maintain good ventilation;
9, on-site workers should take appropriate protection measures.
