The system includes injection adhesive in plastic cartridges, mixing nozzles, dispensing tools and hole cleaning equipment. is designed for bonding threaded rod and reinforcing bar hardware into drilled holes in concrete base and solid masonry materials.

Xinchor FixingChor injection system is a composite mortar based on epoxy resin. The mortar consists of 2 components, which are mixed in the static mixer to form a perfectly mixed mortar mass and can therefore harden.

Xinchor FixingChor Series are available in various packaging solutions. From small 360ml to 650ml cartridge for processing large quantities of mortar. All cartridges are side-by-side cartridges and must therefore be pressed out with a dispenser.

Xinchor FixingChor composite mortar is ideal for subsequent reinforcement connections (rebar) as well as highly stressed fastenings in concrete - regardless of whether cracked or non-cracked. In particular, large drilling diameters and / or large anchoring depths can be implemented very well due to the long processing time.
