diamond-mesh fence Introduction:

9 gauge aluminum diamond-mesh fence is constructed of 6061-T94 aluminum alloy.

About mesh size: The galvanized fabric mesh for 11-1/2 gauge measures 2-1/4". The 11, 9, and 6 gauge galvanized mesh measures 2". Mesh size is the measured distance between two parallel sides

Note about gauges: The smaller the number, the heavier the fabric; henceforth 9ga. is heavier than 11ga.. We recommend 11ga. for residential jobs and 9ga. for commercial jobs. Heavier gauges are not only stronger, but have a better finish; The heavier the gauge the longer it may be 'hot-dip galvanized' to prevent rust and corrosion.

diamond-mesh fence Description:

Aluminum diamond-mesh fence is produced by cold-drawing good commercial grade steel rod into wire of the appropriate diameter. The steel rod from which the wire is drawn shall be produced by the open hearth, electric furnace or basic oxygen process. The coating is produced by passing the cleaned wire through a molten bath of aluminum metal.

Aluminum Chain Link Fencing Features: Corrosion resistance, Lightness and nice appearance, Long life time, High tensile and easy installation, Adapt to the harsh environment.

The base metal of the chain link mesh is composed of commercial quality medium-carbon aluminum coated wire. The wire is coated with aluminum to produce a smooth and uniform coating. The weight of aluminum coating, wire sizes with allowable variances, and wire breaking strength, conform to ASTM A 817 for the wire size specified. The wire is aluminum coated before weaving.

diamond-mesh fence is available in mesh sizes from 3/8 inch to 2 inches, and in heights from 36 inches to 240 inches. Unless otherwise specified, chain link fabric woven with a 2 inch (50 mm) mesh and 60 inches (1,520 mm) or less in height is knuckled at both selvages;
