Fully Automatic Three-Phase Flat Wire Motor/Pump Motor Stator Manufacturing Line

The Champyound motor stator line is widely used for the production of many types of motor stators and consists of several machines such as wire forming machines, press-in machines, widening machines, head twisting machines, flat cutting machines and welding machines. Each machine in the stator line is independent and can also be connected to a conveyor belt.

The workflow is as follows:
Paper insertion➜Wire Forming ➜Stripping➜Pressing-in➜Widening➜Twisting ➜Cutting Flat➜Welding ➜Finished product

1. Insulation Paper Insertion Machine:
Utilized for the precise insertion of insulating paper into stator slots to ensure electrical isolation between windings and prevent electrical shorts.

2. Wire Forming Machine:
Designed to shape flat conductors into specific configurations such as Hairpin, in preparation for slot insertion and winding processes.

3. Paint Stripping Machine:
Removes the insulating varnish from flat wires to facilitate reliable electrical connections during welding and other joining procedures.

4. Pressing Machine:
Embeds the formed flat wires into the stator slots and secures them in place through a pressing mechanism, ensuring accurate winding positioning.

5. Widening Machine:
Performs widening on the ends of flat wires to create larger contact areas, which is essential for secure connections and welding.

6. Twisting Machine:

Twists the ends of flat wires into the required shapes for ease of connection or welding, often used to form end rings or other connecting structures.

7. Flat Cutting Machine:
Cuts any burrs or irregularities from the ends of flat wires, ensuring a smooth and uniform connection surface.

8. Welding Machine:
Welds the ends of flat wires to motor terminals or other components, establishing electrical connections and ensuring the integrity and conductivity of the motor windings.

• In August 2020, the first sample production line for flat wire motor stators was put into operation.​

• In November 2021, the first flat wire motor stator for commercial vehicles rolled off the production line.​

• In 2022, the company successfully partnered with major domestic automotive manufacturers such as Chang an Automobile, Great Wall Motors, SAIC Volkswagen, and Chery Automobile, completing the production of approximately 500 sets of flat wire motor stators.​

• In September 2023, the company obtained IATF 16949 quality management system certification.​​​​In October 2023, the 10,000th flat wire motor stator rolled off the production line.
