Feature:

1. Chassis under machine and sides of baffle adopted channel steel weld construction.

2. The machine centralized control by the PLC (three motors) and uses touch screen on the machine for centralized operations.

3. Unwinding tension adopted 40kg magnetic powder Brake 1pcs.

4. Rewinding tension adopt 11KW frequency conversion motor 2sets,biaxial rolling.

5. Rewind device adopt 2 pcs airshaft .

6. Unwinding device adpot photoelectric EPC correcting the error.

7. Unwinding with shaftless hydraulic automatic feeding device hydraulic automatic feeding device.

8. Auto meter counting,meter presetting,auto stoppage function.

9. Traction drive 11KW frequency motor to achieve constant linear speed control. (Frequency: Yasukawa)

10. Waste material processing adopt one set 0.75KW centrifugal blower.
