WR-5020 Numerically controlled type paper stick machine is developed based on from the WR-5010 mechanical type paper stick machine.This machine is different with WR-5010 mechanical type paper stick machine,as following:

1.The change of machine as following:

1)Put the paper holder on the left side of the machine,so that it’s easy to place large diameter rolls；

2)With two sets quantitative glue pump

3)Feed, cutting motor is servo motor;

4)Add human-computer interface,only enter one the touch screen；

5)Apply PLC and synchro ect CNC parts,constitute the Numerically controlled paper stick machine of large diameter calculation,setting up length.

6)When test machine,on the cover plate of the movable driven by motor

2)Big conveyor belt(roll grinding belt made of Japan)driven by ordinary three-phase motor；transportation of roller and shearing of roller all adopt servo motor drive；

3)If you want to change paper stick diameter,only set up it on the touch screen can make the diameter you need,not need to change the gear set to make different diameter；

4)This machine apply PLC,and synchro ,human-computer interface composition control system,you can real-time control and detection to the paper stick machine.
