  1. They provide a secure and stable platform for mounting panels, junction boxes, and control cabinets within the channel system.
  2. Strut channels offer versatility in design, allowing for the creation of customized support structures and configurations.
  3. They can be used in combination with strut nuts, washers, and spring nuts to enhance the functionality and adjustability of the channel system.

Our products:

1. P41 series are manufactured from hot-rolled low-carbon steel with galvanized finish or epoxy coating. Wall thickness is 2.5mm, standard delivery length is 3m or 6m.

2.Wall thickness can be 2.0mm and 1.5mm for light hanging system, for beam load capacity, use 80% and 60% of appropriate load chart separately.

3.When P41 series are used as beam, multiply uniformly distributed load from the table by 0.5 for concentrated load and corresponding deflection by 0.8.

4. P41 series are also available in stainless steel on special order.

Usage:

Strut channel is used to mount, brace, support, and connect lightweight structural loads in building construction. These include pipes, electrical and data wire, mechanical systems such as ventilation, air conditioning, and other mechanical systems. Strut channel is also used for other applications that require a strong framework, such as workbenches, shelving systems, equipment racks, etc.Specially made sockets are available to tighten nuts,bolts etc. inside the channel,normal sockets are unable to fit through the opening.
