Introduction:Wood log charocal carbonization furnace

carbonization furnace are awarded 2 patents ( patent number: 200530100650.5, 200520031212.2),and show the featurs of big capacity, low energy consumption, compact and durable. Many performance data such as capacity, coal bar density, eletricity consumption and wearable degree have reached advanced level. Our newly developed stick shaping machine can be used as charcoal powder shaping machine by replacement of some spare parts.

Operational principle:

The gas produced inside the carbonization chamber flows down through the vertical pipes visible on the outside of the stove. These pipes deliver the gas to the firebox under the chamber to aid combustion and continue heating the carbonization chamber from the outside.
