Machine Introduction:

Ball press machine is used for making coal fines, coke fines, charcoal powder, carbon black, carbon, salt, chemical salt, iron ore fines, silicon carbide, mineral powder, metal dust, cast iron dust, mill scale, manganese ore fines, fluorite powder, gypsum powder, ferrosilicon powder, and phosphor gypsum powder, nickel alloy, blast furnace ash, converter dust, coal gangue, Kaolin clay, MgO, NPK, graphite, oil shale, potash fertilizer, urea fertilizer, sea sand powder etc. Into briquettes. These briquettes ball can be designed of oval shape, egg shape, pillow shape etc. This ball press machine is widely used in coal industry, metallurgy industry, chemical industry etc.

Work principle :
Motive power will transmit to two rollers through the reducer synchronously and make them rotate oppositely. Materials enter into ball mode naturally, with rollers rotation, pressure of materials bearing becomes larger. When arriving at two rollers contact point, materials bearing pressure reaches peak. Under the tremendous pressure, materials become ball shape from powder shape.

Raw material

Coal: Coal powder, middle coal, slime peat, coke powder, lignite etc.
Charcoal powder / charcoal dust: raw material powder, silicomanganese alloy, etc.
Other material: fireproof material, desulfurization gypsum, dolomite etc.

Tips:

1. The materials powder size must be less than 4 cm. If not, you should crush it firstly.
2. Any raw materials with metal is not allowed, otherwise it will damage the surface of rollers.
