Product Application

This product use screw extrusion principle, will be prepared coal powder compressed into a cylinder of a certain intensity or plum blossom shape(Not only the cylindrical or plum flower shape, our mould can be replaced),It can make full use of pulverized coal, reduce the fuel cost.

Raw material

The raw material of charcoal briquette machine is Pulverized coal.

Total process

(1) Crush your raw material into small pieces(diameter is about 3-5mm).
(2) Dry the material by dryer or dried it in the sun,till the moisture is less than 12%.
(3) Put the material into feed let of briquette machine.
(4) Produce the briquette stick without any additive.
