Introduction:

The biomass briquette making machine, also called charcoal briquette machine/rice husk briquette machine/sawdust briquette press machine, widely used to process agriculture waste, sawdust, sugar cane, rice stalk, rice husk, peanut shell, wood chips, crops straw, tree branch, cotton husk, bamboo etc. into briquettes as fuel.

Advantage:
1. No binder is needed during processing ,and so no pollution when it burns.
2. We have added 5-6 grooves in the machine to discharge the vapors and help increase density. Moreover, we add a wedding-ring in the machine ,which also helps to increase the density of wood sticks.
3. Wood sticks is easy for carrying and packaging .We have also design trolleys to help load the sticks.
4. The wood charcoal briquette making machine can be linked to the drier to form an automatic line .This is from our design with patent rights. It can save labour cost.

Raw material request

The size of raw material feed need to be 3-5mm, if more than 5mm, need use crusher to crush them first, the moisture of raw material should be 8-12%, or use dryer to dry them. the final product can be many shapes of bar, such as round shape, hexagon shape, square shape and so on. and the diameter of briquette can be 50mm,80mm.

The whole wood sawdust charcoal briquette press machine line as following:
-- Crusher: Crush big size wood or biomass; bamboo ; shell etc into small size powder first.
-- Dryer machine: Dry up biomass powder till their moisture less than 12%
-- Briquette machine: Shape biomass powder into high desity briquette.
-- Feeder: Store powder and send to briquette machine
-- Conveyor: Send finish briquette out.

-- Carbonization furnace: Turn biomass briquette into charcoal.

If you need large capacity, one single machine can not meet your need, you can choose several sets of single machine, or use the automatic production line, the automatic production line have a large capacity ( from 800kg-2500kg/h), and it will save many workers and cost.
