Introduction:

This is sawdust briquette making machine. Machine adopt good quality carbon steel,the service life over 10 years. The material can be various biomass, like palm kernel, peanut shell, branch, logs, ect. the material size must less 5mm. If material too big, we will recommend you crusher according to your requirement. Besides the material size must less 5mm, the moisture of material should be 12%. Too wet or too dry will cause bad forming effect. If your material moisture over 12%, we have sawdust drying machine. after crushing, the material was delivery to drying machine, then it was sent to forming machine.

Advantage:
1. No binder is needed during processing ,and so no pollution when it burns.
2. We have added 5-6 grooves in the machine to discharge the vapors and help increase density. Moreover, we add a wedding-ring in the machine ,which also helps to increase the density of wood sticks.
3. Wood sticks is easy for carrying and packaging .We have also design trolleys to help load the sticks.
4. The wood charcoal briquette making machine can be linked to the drier to form an automatic line. This is from our design with patent rights. It can save labour cost.

Raw material request

The size of raw material feed need to be 3-5mm, if more than 5mm, need use crusher to crush them first, the moisture of raw material should be 8-12%, or use dryer to dry them. the final product can be many shapes of bar, such as round shape, hexagon shape, square shape and so on. and the diameter of briquette can be 50mm, 80mm.

A: T/T 30% as deposit, and 70% before delivery. We'll show you the photos of the products and packages before you pay the balance.
Q3. What is your terms of delivery?
A: EXW, FOB, CFR, CIF, DDU.

A: Generally, it will take 30 to 60 days after receiving your advance payment. The specific delivery time depends on the items and the quantity of your order.
