Continuous carbonization furnace is a new type of environmentally friendly carbonization equipment. After the continuous carbonization furnace is operated, the furnace body is heated by an external heating method (natural gas, liquefied gas, etc.), and then the raw materials are put, and the raw materials are thermally decomposed in a closed environment to generate a large amount of acetic acid, methanol, wood tar and other liquid products; also produced combustible gases such as methane and ethylene. These flammable gases are treated by flue gas purification, and are returned to the carbonization machine for burning, providing heat to the carbonization furnace, increasing the furnace temperature, and generating carbon at high temperatures.
