After the continuous carbonization furnace is operated, the furnace body is heated by an external heating method (natural gas, liquefied gas, etc.), and then the raw materials are put, and the raw materials are thermally decomposed in a closed environment to generate a large amount of acetic acid, methanol, wood tar and other liquid products; also produced combustible gases such as methane and ethylene. These flammable gases are treated by flue gas purification, and are returned to the carbonization machine for burning, providing heat to the carbonization furnace, increasing the furnace temperature, and generating carbon at high temperatures.

Carbonization process of sawdust carbonization furnace
The correct use of carbonization equipment is an important part for users. If improper use will lead to problems such as insufficient production or low product quality. The following describes the carbonization process of a continuous carbonization furnace.
A: Drying stage.The continuous carbonization furnace body is heated by liquefied gas or other heating way about one hour.This stage is dehumidified, mainly relies on the heat generated by external combustion to carry out the dehumidification, and the chemical composition of the raw materials is hardly changed. When the temperature meter at the rear of the machine shows 280 celsius, raw material can be put.
B:Initial stage of carbonization.The continuous carbonization furnace is continuously heated by the liquefied gas, and when the temperature of the furnace is raised to about 400 celsius, the raw material starts to change in the furnace body.
C:Complete carbonization stage.When the furnace body of the continuous carbonization furnace reaches about 800 degrees, the raw material undergoes thermal decomposition reaction in a closed environment to generate a combustible gas. After the flammable gas is treated by the flue gas purification, it is returned to the carbonization machine for burning,and the heat is supplied to the carbonization furnace to raise the furnace temperature,the raw material generates carbon at a high temperature. The combustion of organic matter needs to meet three points: heat, oxygen and organic matter. Because the continuous carbonization furnace is a closed space, it can not meet oxygen,and the material is distilled into charcoal in a continuous carbonization furnace at 800 °C inside the continuous carbonization furnace.
D:Cooling stage.The temperature of the carbonized material from the continuous carbonization furnace is about 200 degrees Celsius. At this time, the cooling conveyor is required to cool the carbonized material. If the temperature is not forced to cool down, the charcoal is in full contact with the air when transporting.if the material density is large and thicker,although there is no flame on the surface, there may be spark in the core of the material, and it may spontaneously ignite. After cooling, the temperature of the carbon can reach 20 degrees Celsius, it will not produce spontaneous combustion, and it is also convenient for packaging.
