Step 1: Apply solder paste on PCB by 3040 high precision manual stencil printer:

Step 2: Picking components from reel and mount on PCB by CHMT36VB pick and place machine

2 heads 58 feeders, left & right side feeders can install more tapes.

IC tray, cut tape, bulk components all supported.

A: 2-3 days for 1-3 unit machine. 5-15 days for mass production orders (based on different quantities).

goods rapidly. For bigger quantity, ship by air or by sea.
