Glass Reactor

Double layer glass reactor is a multi-functional reactor, which can be stirred by reaction solvent in the inner layer. The interlayer can be heated / cooled by cold and heat sources (frozen liquid, water or silicone oil). PTFE sealing material, sealing, corrosion resistance, wear resistance, electronic stepless speed regulation, smooth operation, the main structure of stainless steel, aluminum alloy.

Our unjacketed glass reactors come with an oil/water bath included, so that no additional heating circulator is needed.

Durable AC induction motor is designed for continuous operation.

The bottom drain valve has a zero dead space design, to make sure materials inside the vessel is always mixed thoroughly.

All the glassware is carefully crafted by borosilicate 3.3 glass for excellent chemical and physical performance.

The glass lid comes with 5 ports for maximized flexibility in operation (ports for stirring, thermowell, funnel, condenser & vacuum valve).
