Product Description
Styrene-acrylic emulsion high-gloss exterior wall paint is a high-performance exterior wall decoration material primarily composed of styrene-modified acrylic copolymer emulsion as the film-forming substance. By introducing styrene chains, the product significantly enhances the paint film's water resistance, alkaline resistance, hardness, stain resistance, and chalking resistance. Its high gloss, rich colors, and excellent light and color retention make it an ideal choice for exterior wall decoration and protection.

Production Technology
Produced using an intermittent monomer pre-emulsification polymerization method, by precisely controlling the composition ratio of soft and hard monomers to synthesize a styrene-acrylic emulsion with excellent performance. During paint formulation, rutile titanium dioxide and various additives are added, followed by high-speed dispersion and grinding to obtain a high-gloss, stable exterior wall paint.
Theory
- Film-Forming Mechanism: Polymer molecules in the styrene-acrylic emulsion intertwine during film formation, creating a dense paint film structure that enhances hardness and water resistance.
- Weatherability Principle: The introduction of styrene chains improves the paint film's weatherability, resisting UV rays, rain, and other atmospheric aggressions.
- Gloss Enhancement: The use of rutile titanium dioxide and other pigments, combined with fine grinding and dispersion, results in a smoother paint film surface, thus increasing gloss.
