The machine is used to automatically completes the following procedures: 2-ply folding, cutting, inputting, liquid dropping, sealing, hot press marking, finished product severing, leap-chip counter output. The machine realizes automatic controlling, reliable sealing, and pleasant out-looking. It is suitable for 4-sides automatic sealing of various medicine dressing, alcohol cotton towel, sterile paper towel, hygienic paper towel, etc.

• Vertical structure, the main functional systems layout clearly. It is easy to supervise and control the working procedures.
• PLC controlling realizes accurate motion of the functional systems. Finger-touch screen operates vividly, simple and clear.
• On-line folding of the material to-be-packed, fixed length cutting, and inputting ensures accurate feeding position to avoid the chance of sealing the material to-be-packed. For other type of materials to-be-packed, a special in-feeding system will be added.
• Double lines bag making structure improves efficiently the production volume.
• The packing speed and the size can be regulated on-line steplessly.
• Dropping frequency needs no extra regulating, though it can be regulated steplessly.

• Outer packing material can be compound materials suitable for liquid packing, such as paper, aluminum plastic membrane, polythene, etc.
