Auto stacking machine is suitable for the finished square and rectangular pipes of 20mm-60mm, round pipes of 32mm-76mm. The finished pipe wall thickness is 1.0-5.0mm.
The machine is suitable for the forming speed of square and rectangular pipes of 10-100m/min, round pipes of 10-60m/min. The packing speed is less than or equal to 10pieces/min. (Max speed is for 6m square and rectangular pipes).
The machine is suitable for the length of 6-12m packing.
Electrical control is automatic control.

4. Machine flow
It has a stepping pipe conveying part, pipe arranging part, lifting part, pushing part, package coming out part, and storage part.
The pipe running out part: Flying saw cuts steel pipe with a fixed length, conveys it in place by rollers, and pushes it flatly and come down stably.
1. Pipe conveying part: to convey the pipes to pipe arrangement platform, and finish 3-time water blowing actions.
2. Pipe arranging part: main machine part counts the pipe numbers, and as per the program required number to arrange the pipes as a row.
3. Lifting part: according to the set layers, arrange the pipes to be a package.
4. Pushing part: to push the packed pipes flatly.
5. Package coming out part: to convey the finished pipe package automatically to the manual packing part. Package conveying platform, 2sets.
6. Package storage part: arrange the packed pipe package tightly and wait for conveying to other places. (3 groups)
7. Electrical automatic control part: control the auto pipe conveying, counting, stacking, and coming out, including PLC
computer, touch screen, frequency controller, electrical sensors, gas distribution, circuit distribution, operation station,
etc...
