Steel Strip Storage Equipment Vertical Cage Looper Cage Type Accumulator Machine

Product Description

Accumulator is used to receive strip steel discontinuously from uncoiler and at the same time provide the steel strip to forming unit. It stores certain amount of strip and leaves time for the shear & welder to shear and weld the ends of strips. The uninterrupted fluent production is thus guaranteed.

The Whole Process of Pipe Production Line

Steel coil -- uncoiling -- shearing and butt-welding -- material accumulating -- non-power leveling -- forming -- high frequency welding -- removing burrs outside of weld seam -- cooling -- sizing -- roughly straightening --fixed length cutting -- finished pipe -- run-out table
