Description

Pellet machine 9KL series, can be used for processing all kinds of pellets to animals like fish, shrimps, chicken, rabbit, sheep, pig and cattle. and can be used for straw pellet also.

Its remarkable advantages as follows: it can be operated easily and stably, low noise and good performance and it can produce pellets of 2.2mm,3mm,4mm, 6mm,7mm,8mm,10mm & 12mm for your options.

Power: 2. 2kw~ 30kw,
Production capacity: 30kgs~ 1000kgs / hrs. (for foodstuff for animals). If processed the wood straw, the capacity is 1/3 of the rated capacity.

1. KL/9KL series flat die pellet mill is driven by electric motor which makes it more energy-saving and environmentally friendly.
2. Roller and flat die are made from precise material of alloy metal which makes this core part wear-resistant and not easy to break, besides, both sides can use the flat die, thus having a long service life.
3. This pellet machine can also be customized with three rollers or two rollers.
4. Transmission gears are made of high quality alloy steel, surface adopts carburizing and quenching treatment, precision machining by grinding, smooth transmission, low noise, large carrying capacity, low temperature rise, long life etc.
5. Quick disassembling type precisely-cast die clamp is adopted to connect the die and quill flange, able to change new die and rollers fast and conveniently according to your needs.
