DESCRIPTION:

STC027 Super Quality Sheet Metal Laser Cutting Machine has equipped with a double exchange working table, size 2000x6000mm, which can protect the workers during cutting the very big metal sheet to get big size workpieces. The laser power is very high, reaching 10KW, so it can cut very thick metal sheets up to 30mm.
Because of the big working area, the laser cutter can work for the military and aerospace industry, cutting very big size metal sheets to make special unit parts for machinery.
The key advantage of a fiber laser is its short beam wavelength (1,064nm). The wavelength, which is ten times lower than that of the C02 laser, generates high absorption into metals. This makes the fiber laser become a perfect tool for cutting metal sheets of stainless steel, carbon steel, mild steel, aluminum, brass, etc.
The fiber laser source is the most advanced laser source for metal cutting, there are a lot of unique advantages, such as free maintenance, lowest power consumption, and longest working lifespan, and the most important is highest accuracy and efficiency during processing the metal materials.
