High speed double wall paper cup machine description
Paper Cup/Bowl Sleeve Forming & Wrapping Machine is an automatic equipment to make a second-wall sleeve over the inner-cup/bowl(cup/bowl finished by paper cup/bowl machine ), wear a sleeve around the paper cup/bowl .
It is the matching equipment of Paper Cup Machine , Paper bowl machine, which has the function as photocell detection, failure alarm, counting etc.
It makes double wall paper cup/bowl after running a whole procedure of automatic paper (fan-sleeve) feeding, sleeve-cone-body sealing (by ultrasonic wave), water-glue spraying (spray glue inside the cone-sleeve), cup/bowl feeding (absorb cup into the cone-sleeve), inserting and bonding sleeve to the cup, collecting with the function of photo electric detection, fault alarm, and count.
It is an ideal equipment of making two/double walls paper cups/bowls such as direct-sleeve cups, hollow-sleeve cups, rippled/corrugated-sleeve paper cups etc. The sleeve-wrapped paper cups are popular for hot drinks(tea, coffee etc ).

High speed double wall paper cup machine functions:

1.Hot Air pre heating before cup side welding (get fast speed and stable side welding),
2.Ultrasonic Press to welding the cup-side-wall,
3.Bottom welding by Hot Air ( available for both single and double PE coated paper cups),
4.Adopt Axis, Gears and cam to control the movement (fast speed and more reliable);
5.Single turn table (Easy maintenance);
6.Automatic Collection system (stock system, easy packing, I.E. every 50pcs count )

Out-sleeve paper edge welding—cup body gluing-- finished inner blank cup down--double wall combined together and pressed to be strong--and then cup delivery.
