Features of Hand Towel

Production process
Raw material processing
Pulping: The wood pulp board is broken up by a hydraulic pulper, and impurities (such as sand and metal fragments) are removed by high-frequency vibration screening.
Pulping: Adjust the fiber length. Bamboo pulp needs additional desugaring treatment to prevent mildew.
Papermaking molding
Papermaking: The pulp is evenly spread on the mesh curtain, and the wet paper sheet is formed by pressing and dehydration. The gram weight is controlled (usually 18-25g/m²).
Drying: Drying with a high-temperature drying cylinder (100-130℃) to ensure that the moisture content is ≤8%.
Post-processing
Embossed/printed: Steel rollers press three-dimensional patterns (such as diamond grids) to improve water absorption and aesthetics.
Slitting and folding: The fully automatic slitting machine cuts into rolls or folding types, and ultraviolet disinfection is performed before packaging.
