Features of Facial Tissue Paper

Production process of facial tissue
1. Raw material processing
Pulping: The wood pulp board is broken up by a pulper, and impurities (metal, sand and stone) are removed by high-frequency vibration screening.
Pulping: Adjust the fiber fineness (beating degree 35-45°SR) and balance softness and strength.

2. Papermaking and post-processing
Papermaking: The pulp is evenly spread on the long-wire former, and vacuum dehydration is used to form wet paper sheets (weight 14-20g/m², thin and strong).
Embossed: A flexible embossing roller is used to avoid damaging the fiber and enhance the fluffy feeling (such as cloud embossing).

3. Impregnation treatment (moisturizing type): Spray cream or moisturizing lotion, and dry at low temperature to set (50-60℃).

4. Slitting and packaging: The fully automatic slitting machine cuts into square or mini sizes, and seals and packages after ethylene oxide or ultraviolet sterilization.
