LYPX fuel injection pump test bench is a new digital indicating test bench designed in order to meet customers’ demands. It adopts advanced technology of frequency conversion, speed change and industrial controlling computer with the advantages of wide speed-regulation, steady performance and convenience operation. Technical data includes rotating speed, oil measuring frequency and oil temperature can be displayed digitally.

The LYPX oil–measure screen display controller is designed according to high performance and high accuracy injection pump test bench of entire digitization and automation for the market development direction specialty, this system takes high performance embedded industry computer as the platform, takes the high accuracy redundant reliable sensor as the foundation, uses the modular design and the electromagnetic compatibility design, realizes to the high-accuracy measurement of micro current capacity, simultaneously this system uses the integral action, thus has overcome the difficult tech problem of survey duplication completely.

This system is composed of the screen display and the sensor part, the screen display part is composed of the screen controller and display, the screen display dynamic simulates in graduated cylinder's column of oil, in the vision the image is direct, simultaneously disappears the error which the oil removing froth and the artificial reading create; The sensor part locates at the drip tank, is equipped with auto draining oil system, personnel no longer manual frequently to drain the oil, the labor intensity reduces greatly.

The main adjusting items of high pressure pump integrated test platform are as follows:

1. Test capacity and uniformity of fuel supply in each cylinder of injection pump.

2. Check the start point and interval angle of injection pump .

3. Adjustment and testing of the speed regulator’s working performance .

4. Test sealing performance of injection pump.

5. Measure oil return capacity of the distribution pump.

6. Gas source and gas-tight test of pressure compensator .

7. Test the working performance of vacuum governor.

8. Test the electromagnetic valve.

9. Test the racking travelling
