Tie Guan Yin Tea maybe is the most famous one in the world. Tie means iron. Guanyin is the Goddess of Mercy, the Chinese equivalent of Buddhist deity Avalokitesvara (Tibetan name Chenrezig), the Lord of compassion and love. It has many spellings. Besides Tie Guan Yin, it is also known as Ti Kuan Yin, Tit Kwun Yum, Ti Kwan Yin, Tieguanyin, Iron Buddha and Iron Goddess of Mercy.
Brew Guide
1. About 8~10g of the guan yin tea in 110~150ml water one times will be good;
2. Must use 100℃ water to brew ;
3. Frist time is clean tea,just soka 2~3s and put off it,begin in second times you can drink it,and one time soak 5~8s will be good,also you can according yourself taste to soak.
