Brewing Guide:

Use up to one tablespoon (3 grams) per cup and steep for three minutes. Keep the water below the boil, but just after the steam (170-180F). It is good for several infusions. Lu'an Guapian Green Tea, one of the Ten Most Famous Chinese Tea, is originated from Dabie Mountain in Lu'an city, Anhui Province. The tea literally means Lu'an Melon Seed, or Lu'an Melon Slice due to the shape of the processed tea leaves which are flat and oval, resembling a melon seed.
Lu'an Guapian boasts high yield. It is a single-leaf tea without stems and buds. As a kind of baked green tea, Lu'an Guapian has a melon-seed-like dark green leaves with white fuzz on the surface. The green liquid has a lingering fruit fragrance, and the taste is very smooth with hints of sweetness.
Brewing and Drinking: (1)Glass Cup: 9.5cm in height, over 6.5cm in diameter.
(2)Water: 90 DEG C boiling, then drop the tea in.
(3)After brewing for 2-3 minutes, drink it.
