Rail nut twin series pipe clamps / Rail nut double pipe clamps according to DIN 3015 part 3:
1) Size range:
Rail nut double pipe clamps are fit for tube / pipe size O.D. 6mm -42 mm
2) Structure:
Rail clamps (T-G3 series) Assembly including cover plate, double clamp /twin clamp bodies (2), high strength bolt + rail nut, installed on channels or rails.
3) Material:
Cover Plate: Galvanized carbon steel / stainless steel(304/316)
Bolts: High strength carbon steel(galvanized) / stainless steel (304/316)
Clamp Body: Polypropylene(PP) / Polyamide(PA) / Aluminum(AL)
Rail nut: High strength carbon steel(galvanized) / stainless steel (304/316)
4) Working Temperature:
PP -30 centi degree up to +90 centi degree in dark green colour
PA -40 centi degree up to +120 centi degree in dark colour
Alu. for high temperature application.
