Heavy duty double pipe clamps according to DIN 3015 part 2 & part 3:
1) Size range:
Heavy duty double pipe clamps are fit for tube / pipe size O.D. 6mm -42 mm, for high mechanical pressure application.
2) Structure:
Assembly including heavy duty double cover plate, welded plate, heavy duty double clamp bodies (2), high strength bolt.
Heavy duty double rail nut clamps (T-G3 series) available: cover plate + clamp body(2)+ bolt + rail nut, installed on channels or rails.
Stacking Heavy duty double Clamps (T-G6) available (max. 5 layers): Stacking Bolts + Clamp body + safety locking plates.
3) Material:
Cover Plate: Galvanized carbon steel / stainless steel(304/316)
Welded Plate: Galvanized carbon steel / stainless steel (304/316)
Bolts: High strength carbon steel(galvanized) / stainless steel (304/316)
Clamp Body: Polypropylene(PP) / Polyamide(PA) / Aluminum(AL)
Excellent UV, weathering and chemical resistance – even under extreme conditions.
4) Working Temperature:
PP -30 centi degree up to +90 centi degree in dark green colour
PA -40 centi degree up to +120 centi degree in dark colour
Alu. for high temperature application.
