Description

Hydraulic cylinder tubes of Younglee are seamless steel honed tubes made of carbon steel grades or stainless steel grades, they are usually used as the chief material to manufacture or repair the hydraulic cylinders.

Younglee’s tube factory is one of the leading China honed cylinder tube manufacturer.

Our factory's honed tube is produced by honing process or skiving & roller burnishing process, using “Suitable To Hone” Cold Drawn Seamless Tubes. The type of the processing is determined by the size, available mold and the request of the customer.

Younglee’s Honed tubes mostly is made of carbon steel grades such as SAE 1020, and SAE 1026 and ST52.3. And we can make stainless steel honed tubes on customers' request also.

Our factory produces and suppplies honed cylinder tubes in a broad range of size as below.

Inside diameter 32mm to 600mm;

The Length of our hycraulic cylinder tubes mostly is in 5-8 meters, and the max length we can produce is 12000 mm.

Younglee's honed cylinder tubes are available in both metric dimensions and imperial dimensions.

With many years' experiences, we had supplied our honed tubes to cusomters in home and oversea countries, including Vietnam, USA, Canada, Singapore, Australia, UAE, South Africa, Indonisia, Thailand and so on.
