1. The upper layer is 25 grams per square meter, and the width is 175mm (non-woven fabric)
2. The middle layer is 25 grams per square meter, and the width is 175mm (melt blown non-woven fabric)
3. The lower layer is 20 grams per square meter, with a width of 195mm (non-woven fabric)
4. Nose strip, roll material, width about 3mm, thickness about 0.6~0.8mm
5. 3 layers (or 4 layers) without edging, size 175*95mm

The face mask making machine adopted servo and constant temperature control system is controlled by PLC to make the material from coil material loading, folding and pressing, nose rib loading, mask forming, mask cutting, ear band loading and welding, finished product unloading, complete the whole set of production process fully automatic operation;

4. High production stability, two output lines at the same time, greatly improving the output;
