Machine instruction:
Fully automatic two port flat mask production line is mainly used for the automatic forming of flat masks,the whole roll of fabric is unrolled and driven by rollers, and the fabric is automatically folded and wrapped; The nose wire roll is pulled and unrolled in a whole roll, cut into lengths and then inserted into one side of the edged fabric. It is ultrasonically welded to the seal on both sides, and then ultrasonically sealed on the other two side and cut with a cutter. the mask is conveyed to the mask ear band welding station through an assembly line, and the final mask is formed by ultrasonic welding; After it is finished, it is conveyed to the conveyor belt line for collection through an assembly line.
