Using progenitor secret recipe higher glazed raw materials makes the surface bright and glossy. The styles contain glazed, matt, and unglazed. Glazed tiles are bright and colorful, matt tiles are classical and generous and unglazed tiles are ancient and elegant.
We choose the higher raw materials which include 40% Kaolin clay, 40% bauxite and 20% porcelain clay. The mixture is sintered twice under 1200 centigrade. Compressive strength is more than 1500N and each tile can support the weight of one adult. After the unique glazed process, the water absorption is 2% to 6%, which is below the National Standard 12%. It is impermeable, no water after 8 hours’ inspection. Clay roof tiles are longevity products. They can last 50 years under normal conditions and the porcelain clay tiles can be as long as hundreds of years. The products can also resist acid and alkali, suitable for different climate and environment.
