Main machine part

1.The rear feeding traction is driven by AC inverter motor, with automatic speed control.
2.Printing image tracking adopts photocell from SICK Germany.(Maximum length of printing bag is 800mm)
3.The bag feeding is driven by servo motor from YASKAWA Japan.
4.Double-sided electric heating wire heating type sealing design, the upper and lower temperatures are independently set to ensure a firm sealing.
5.It has the design function of non-overlapping bag feeding of heat sealing lines to prevent the sealing lines from adhering to each other.
6.With flying knife cutting design, the blade can be replaced easily.

Auto collection table

The collection table will move automatically when the count reaches the set value, one entire batch output,which is convenient for collection and packaging.

The collecting table is driven by an AC motor, and the speed of the collecting table is controlled by a inverter.
