Brief Introduction
Wide width bottom seal model CW-1200FB machine specially designed for heavy duty LDPE and HDPE liner bags. The technology used here is quite different from the regular smaller width bottom seal machine.
The sealing of the film is done by a wire seal system which gives a very strong seal.
The cutting is done through a mechanically driven rotary flying knife. The setting of the cutting knife is much simpler compared to the Shear (scissor type) knife used on regular bottom seal machine.

Technical Variable:

Unwind*2lines

The unwinding adopts friction type active unwinding, and the design of super large roll diameter reduces the number of downtimes. It adopts automatic air pressure feeding to reduce manpower.

Auto collection part

The collection table is equipped with automatic intermittent conveying longitudinal collection table. The collection table will move automatically when the count reaches the set value, one entire batch output,which is convenient for collection and packaging.
