This machine is producing rolling bag.Also can make two lines / single line star bag,garbage bag,vegetable bag as well as c fold table cloth, S bag and t shirt bag with optional die cutting unit .Fully automatic exchange system can reduce the labour force,in the excellent servo driven system,it is the best choice for producing printed bag and blank bag.Easy for operate.

Main Features
1) Use servo motor driving,improve the speed and stability.
2) Long time but low temperature sealing way ensures the quality of the bag.
3) Can to make printed bags and blank bags.
4) With shuttle sytem for non-stop film feeding, to make bag length up to 10meters.
5) With hot slitting & gusseting tower for cutting one jumbo roll into 2 lines and make gusset inline, for higher output

UNWINDER PART:

1.Unwinding adopt friction action unwinding,super jumbo roll design,reducing the stop times.The tension driven is controlled by inverter,and the speed can be adjust by tension.
2.The unwinder can make 1 line big bag,or 2 lines small bag.
3.Adopt automatic vacuum-pressure loading the mother material
4.Equip with non-material,or the material is cut,the machine automatically stop device.
5.The unwinding tension is action feeding type
6.The material which can be suitable for CW-1000PR+C2 are the normal rolling tube material or the material which is already folded by film blowing machine. The material can be HDPE,LDPE,LLDPE,and recycle material.
7.Equip with star bag folding device, manually adjust the edge.
