APPLICATION
This unit can be connected with printing machine, UV varnishing machine and screen printing machine etc. The printing substrate which is coated with UV ink or UV varnish will pass through this unit to achieve hologram transferring effect. The image of hologram film can be transferred properly on the printed surface, sparkling and integrated with the printing substrate. It has features of cost-saving, environmental protection, anti-counterfeiting as well as attractive and value-added etc.
This product presses printing substrate which is coated with UV ink or UV varnish with patterned hologram transferring film, after curing in transferring unit, the film will be peeled off from printing substrate to achieve same hologram effect as hologram transferring film on printing substrate. In addition, without any processing, the same roll of film can be reused after peeling from substrates.
FEATURE
1. Cost-saving— UV curing system adopts stepless adjusting curing to save energy than normal curing system. Since the film can be reused more than one time, it totally reduces material loss to low down production cost.
2. Environmental Protection-- Without any plastic film laminated on the substrate, it is much easier to be recycled and biodegradable.
3. Anti-counterfeiting-- With novel technology, it is hard to duplicate the hologram image when applying customer-made anti-counterfeiting film.
