APPLICATION
This series product can be connected with offset printing machine to realize product effect differentiation and meet with diversification requirement of different customers.
KEY TECHNIQUES
1. Instead of applying traditional craft and operation way, it applies brand new stamping technology to
transfer aluminum foil. The paper sheet is either passing through rollers or delivered and peeled by grippers to
achieve metallic decoration effect such as delicate lines, precise gradual network, small text and halftone pattern etc.
2. Slipping air shaft is applied so that multi-roller unwinding and rewinding for foil stamping (hologram images transferring) is possible to save stamping foil(transferring film) effectively.
3. For paper delivered by gripper chain or gripper roller, the foil can jump backwards and forwards intermittently as it is driven by servo drive controlling system. It can be adjusted according to actual length of stamping images, once the data is entered from operation screen; it can jump backwards and forwards to change running distance of foil in order to save foil effectively.
4. High-performance PLC (Programmable Logic Controller), HMI (Human-machine Interface) and frequency
converter or intelligent control technology of Servo System are applied in the machine. The controlling signal
generated from control button, limit switch, photoelectric detector as well as other proctors will run into input end of PLC, after computing and operating in internal circuit in PLC, it is sent to output end of PLC to control other devices and achieves its control purpose as scheduled.
