ZJ112 Cigarette Making and Filter Assembling Group

Introduction:

Model ZJ112 cigarette making and filter assembling group, a new, high speed equipment, is made under introducing the technology of PROTOS 90E from Hauni Maschinenbau AG Germany by China National Tobacco Corporation, in the way of Technology-Trade combined cooperation in 2002

Technical Features:

1.The features includes high speed, high reliability and high security and so on.

2. The advanced electric control system introduces PLC technology (SIEMENS S7-400), which reduces the failures in electrical control system.

3. To emphasize personalizing design, the Windows XP operation platform is used with the functions of more intuitional and easy operation. All quality control modules are connected to PLC by CAN BUS, with TCP/IP Ethernet spare interface.　VE part adopts Integrated switch cabinet, and the pneumatic system uses valve cluster.

4. The tobacco feeding system adopts the latest advanced technology of fluidized-bed trough so as to make tobacco more uniform, which reduces the failure rate due to tobacco jam and rod broken. Servo motor is used for driving with the function of free-maintenance for longer service life.

5. With perfect automatic cigarette inspection system, the application of Water-cooling garniture extends garniture tape service life, especially, the modification of tobacco rod forming improved cigarette appearance greatly.

6. Safety and environmental friendly microwave weight control system is applied on Cigarette maker. The system adjusting cigarette weight by offsetting automatically, thus could lower cost of cigarette factories.

7. With 12.4〞-sized TFT multicolor touch-screen, operator can set parameters on the touch-screen easily and conveniently.

8. Shear cutter is adopted for tipping paper cutting, which could extend cutter and tipping cutting drum"s service life with less maintenance and calibration time.

9.Steep angle conveyor motor, needle roller motor, and main motor of the whole group use servo control to ensure higher control accuracy.

10. The application of 5 o"clock rolling block reduces the choking of rolling plate and improves the rolling performance.
