Description
The system is used as an automatic filter rod sorting equipment for the automatic detection and rejection of the quality of explosive bead filter rods.
Microwave measurement technology and high-speed and high-precision sensors are used to detect the number, position, and damage of blasting beads in the blasting bead filter rod and the unqualified samples can be automatically rejected according to the preset parameters.
The whole equipment is fully automated, and high-speed detection and rejection can meet the demand for online production detection in the factory.

Principle of measurement
The system uses the negative pressure adsorption belt to send the rod to the speed stabilizing wheel through the hopper feeding method. Through the constant speed of the speed stabilizing wheel, the rod is tested by microwave at a constant speed. It then enters the drum wheel for collection.
