Precautions for CCTV pipeline inspection robot inspection

Some technical requirements put forward in industrial and local documents such as technical specifications for TV and sonar detection and evaluation of Shanghai public drainage pipelines edited by the Shanghai Municipal Drainage Department:

1-before photographing each section of the pipeline, the Kanban image must be taken first. The Kanban shall indicate the name of the road or the location of the inspected object, the number of starting points and ending points, the inspection unit, pipe diameter and time, etc.

2-the traveling direction of the crawler shall be consistent with the water flow direction, and the water level in the pipe shall not exceed 20% of the pipe diameter.

3-when the pipe diameter is less than or equal to 200mm, the traveling speed of direct photography should not exceed 0.1m/s; When it is greater than 200mm, the traveling speed of direct photography should not exceed 0.15m/s.

4-the moving track of the camera lens of the crawler shall be on the central axis of the detection pipeline, and the moving track of the lens shall be at the central position of two-thirds of the pipeline height, and the deviation shall not be greater than ± 10%.

5-when the crawler enters the starting position of the detection pipeline, the cable meter must be reset to zero.

6-the cable shall be marked with a distance scale. After each section of detection is completed, the correction value of the cable counting meter shall be calculated.

7-at the starting position, the name of the road section (position), the number of the inspection well at the starting and ending points, the pipe diameter, the attribute, and other contents shall be input as required.

8-when photographing in a straight direction, the horizontal direction of the image must be kept in a positive direction, and the photographing angle and focal length should not be changed in the middle.

9-various defects, special structures, and detection conditions shall be interpreted, measured, and recorded in detail. The camera shall stay for more than 10s during the shooting process of defects.
